I was born in a suburb on the outskirts of East London within the county of Essex. As an adult I moved away, but later returned to serve the community working as a London Firefighter. I never planned to become an author, however, I found writing about my experiences as a child and later about the untimely death of my wife really helped with the grieving process. I hope that my story will help and encourage others to talk about their grief and loved ones. It’s okay not to be okay!

Pay it Foreword: Very Special Book Fair

I have kindly been invited to attend the Pay It Foreword: Very Special Book Fair on Saturday 31st August at Bury St Edmunds Library. 10am to 3pm.

I will be there with other authors displaying and selling their work, all for amazing charities.

Signed copies of my book, LOVE BEYOND LOVE, will be available to purchase.

Usually I donate all my author royalties to Cancer Research UK and The Fire Fighters Charity.

However, on the day I shall add £3 myself to this for every copy of my book which is sold.

Pop along and meet the authors and chat about their work, and show support for the charities that they follow.
